Getting Started with Your Dashboard
VaultN is your central hub to monitor, analyse, and optimise digital sales performance. Our Dashboard is designed to give publishers and retailers real-time insights into revenues, trends, promotions, and refunds, all in one place.
1. Customising Your View
-
Choose Display Currency You can switch between USD, EUR, and GBP as your reporting currency. This ensures you always see sales results in the format most relevant to your business.
-
Set Your Time Frame Use the date selectors to analyse performance for:
- A specific date range (e.g., 1 July – 31 July 2025)
- A fixed period (e.g., last 7 days, last month, last quarter)
This flexibility helps you compare periods and monitor sales growth over time.

2. Key Dashboard Insights
The main dashboard highlights your most important business metrics at a glance:
-
Net Revenue & Units Sold Track overall revenue and units sold within your chosen timeframe. The chart helps visualise sales trends over time, either by day (DD) or by month (MM).
-
Refunds Monitor the number of refunded units and their value. Refund analytics let you see changes compared to the previous period and identify unusual spikes.
-
Promotions See the impact of discounts and special offers. The dashboard shows both revenue and units sold under promotions, compared with previous results.
-
Top Connections Quickly identify which partners (e.g., retailers, platforms, or resellers) contribute most to your revenue share.
3. Sales Analytics
To explore further, the Sales Analytics section breaks down revenue performance:
- By Connection: See which retail or distribution partner drives the most revenue.
- By Product: Understand how each game or product SKU is performing.
- By SKU: Get sales insights at a per-item level.
- By Country / Region: Analyse geographic performance and identify strong or underperforming markets.
- By Promotion: Measure the effectiveness of your discounts and campaigns.
4. Filters for Granular Insights
One of the most powerful features of the VaultN Dashboard is the ability to combine multiple filters to refine your analysis. You can filter by:
- Connection (specific retailer or partner)
- SKU (specific product or activation key)
- Country / Region
- Promotion
For example, you can analyse:
- “How did a specific game perform in Germany through Retailer A under a July promotion?”
This makes it easy to pinpoint exactly where your sales are coming from and which strategies work best.

5. Why This Matters
The dashboard is not just a reporting tool — it’s your decision-making engine. With its real-time data, you can:
- Identify top-performing markets and partners
- Detect early signs of sales drops or refund spikes
- Measure the effectiveness of your campaigns
- Make informed distribution and pricing decisions
