Creation of Stockpools

To ensure guaranteed inventory for your partners, you can create stockpools to avoid a 'First come, first serve' scenario during Key Insertions. Stockpools are exclusively reserved for the VaultN Connection you assign them to. The creation of stockpools is currently only available during the insertion of keys, therefore we recommend checking that option carefully.

1. Before inserting the keys, mark the 'Create Stockpool' checkbox at the bottom of your insertion layer.
2. Select the connection you want to reserve the keys for, define a maximum amount of your insertion batch and a treshold of when you want to be alerted when the partner runs below that treshold.
3. Click 'Add Connection' on the lower right and more partners you want to reserve keys for.

Click 'Next' and confirm the insertion.
