VaultN Price List defines the pricing structure for game titles, ensuring publishers and retailers can manage costs, discounts, and promotions efficiently.

Proper setup of price lists allows for dynamic pricing, market segmentation, and automated updates, ensuring compliance with regional tax regulations and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Step 1: Accessing the Price List Management Panel

1. Log in to VaultN Dashboard as a Publisher.
2. Navigate to “Finance” → “Price Lists”.
3. Click “Create New Price List” to initiate the setup process.

Step 2: Defining Basic Price List Details

General Price List Configuration
• Price List Name: Assign a unique identifier (e.g., “Global Pricing - Q1 2025”).
• Promotion: Choose active promotion applied on the pricelist.

Market Segmentation
• Specify if the price list is Global or Region-Specific.
• Assign pricing to specific sales regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia).
