Guide to Setting Up Filter Sharing Rules

Filter sharing helps control which products are shared with different retailers, allowing you to apply specific rules and exclusions. Follow these steps to set up and manage your sharing rules.

  1. Access the Sharing Section

Go to My Vault and navigate to the Sharing section. Click Create Sharing Rule to set up a new rule.

  1. Select a Connection

On the Create Rule page, choose the connection you want to filter. If you need to include inactive products, tick the Inactive Products Visible checkbox.

  1. Apply Filtering Criteria

Define filtering rules using product edition, provider, and region. Use “is” or “is not” to include or exclude specific values, ensuring only the right products are shared.

  1. Save and Manage Rules

Click Save in the top-right corner to confirm your settings. In the Sharing section, you can review, edit, or manage rules and check which products and SKUs are active.

Regularly reviewing your settings ensures correct product distribution and keeps your partners updated with the right products.
