How can I cancel an order on VaultN?

Beside the possibility to cancel an order or reservation via the VaultN API, VaultN allows you to manually cancel an order directly from your dashboard.

Manual Order Cancellation Steps

Go to "My Vault" and click the "Orders" button.
Use the search field to find the specific order you want to cancel.
In the list of results, click the three dots next to the order to view its details.
After verifying the order cancellation is possible, click "Cancel Order" in the upper left.
Confirm the cancellation by clicking the "Delete" button in the message appearing at the top of your dashboard.

Can I cancel orders via the API?

Yes! Orders can also be canceled via the VaultN API, allowing for automation at scale. If you need API access for this feature, please refer to the API documentation or contact our client success team.
