What are Sharing Rules on VaultN?

Sharing Rules allow you to set specific conditions for how products are shared with your retail partners.

Sharing rules give you full control over which products, platforms, and regions a retail partner can access. While this is typically handled by regions and price lists, you can also set specific conditions for sharing via the VaultN Dashboard.

When accessing "My Vault" and click "Sharing", You will see an overview of connected retailers and products/skus being available for them. Clicking "Sharing Rules" allows you to edit particular settings based per retail partner. The Defauilt Setting is set to "Allow all Products" (same for SKUs).

How do Sharing Rules work?

1. Restrict by Platform Provider – Limit access to specific providers, such as Steam or GOG.
2. Restrict by Region – Allow only certain regions, e.g., ROW (Rest of World), LATAM, SEA OR CIS.
3. Restrict by Product Edition – Grant access to specific editions of a product to selected partner only.
4. Enable or Disable Products
   • Use toggle switches to enable or restrict access.
   • Quickly activate all products for a partner using a master toggle.
5. Allow partners to see inactive products - Control whether a partner can see inactive products in their catalog.
