How Can I Connect With Other Companies On VaultN?

VaultN operates as an invitation-only network and does not currently include built-in social features.

However, we facilitate connections through our matchmaking service. During your onboarding, we discuss potential partners - whether retailers or publishers - that align with your needs and goals.

Additionally, whenever new partners join the network, we notify you if they express interest in collaborating with you and provide the necessary introductions to establish the connection.

Once you confirm the partnership, you can either set the connection yourself by clicking -> My Network -> Invite New Connection and add the Name and Email Address of your future retail partner there. Please note that the Email Address that you send your invite to needs to be a user of an existing VaultN Account.

Once the connection has been confirmed by the retailer, you can make the necessary (and mandatory :))settings:

Pricing Type (You can choose between Revenue Share and Wholesale Price)
Select and set a default price list for the partner
Click the Catalogue Sharing Checkbox at the bottom of the connection card to allow that partner to access your titles
At. the very end, please click the "Save Connection" Button and proceed to My Vault -> Sharing -> Create Sharing Rules
