Creating Stockpools

A Stockpool in VaultN is a segmented inventory management system that allows publishers to control, allocate, and distribute game keys efficiently. Instead of keeping all game keys in a single inventory that can be accessed by every retailer on a first-come-first-serve level, Stockpools help organize and restrict access based on predefined rules, ensuring secure transactions, retail partnerships, and promotional management.

With Stockpools, publishers can assign specific game keys to retailers, partners, or promotional campaigns, preventing unauthorized resale and ensuring precise control over game key distribution.

How to create a stock pool

Insert a batch of keys for the particular retailer you want to assign the keys to.
Make sure that the checkbox on the lower left - Create Stockpool - is checked.
Once you've clicked next, you can define the max quantity of the keys you are uploading for one or more retail partners. We strongly recommend to define a minimum number that triggers an alert when below.\
