How can I check the details of an order on VaultN?
Access all relevant data for a specific order directly in your VaultN dashboard.
Need to check the details of a specific order? You can easily find everything you need right in your VaultN dashboard.
How to view an order's details:
- Head over to "My Vault" and click on "Orders".
- Use the search field to find the order you're looking for, ideally with the Order ID, Client Order Reference or Connection Name.
- Once you see it in the list, click the three dots and select "View Details".
What kind of details can I see?
Each order comes with a full breakdown of key info, including:
- Order ID (your unique order reference)
- Sales Country (where the order was sold)
- Gross or Net Sales Price (depending on how you track sales)
- Invoicing Currency (the currency used for billing)
- Applied Exchange Rate (if applicable)
- Client Order or Customer Reference (if the retailer provided one)
Where else can I find this info?
- If you prefer automation and connected to our system as a retail partner, all of this data is available via the VaultN API.
- You’ll also find order details included in Key-by-Key Reports and Finance Reports, so you always have a record at hand.
