How to connect an authenticator?

An owner account for each vault should connect their authenticators to their vaults. One time authentication codes created by the authenticator are required for admin operations for the vault, such as user management for the vault, etc.

(+) Connect Authenticator button is found under account settings page. Use an authenticator of your choice to scan the QR code in the page and follow the steps.

An email is sent afterwards for validation. Authenticator codes can be used after the validation.
