Retrieve all promotions for a specific connection

Returns a paginated collection of promotions available through the specified connection. By default, only includes upcoming and currently running promotions.

Optional filter: Only return promotions that start on or after this date. Accepts UTC or offset-aware timestamps.

Optional filter: Only return promotions that end on or before this date. Accepts UTC or offset-aware timestamps.
